Cutting for architecture models
How to cut an architecture model in a few easy steps.
Equipment needed
Scalpel handle
Scalpel blades packet
Small pliers
Ruler / Safety ruler
Cutting mat
Attach a new blade
Remove old blade
Attach new blade
Place cutting mat comfortably in front of you
Mark on the paper your measurements
Line up ruler to the dot on cutting mat
Optional: rotate the cutting mat to a comfortable angle
Angle of scalpel ~45 degrees
Apply medium pressure
Done
